Abstract: The article discusses the problem of diffusion of radon in the soil, in particular, the penetration into the pores of open land. Also shows the path of migration of radon into buildings and the conditions that favor it. Given the resulting risks proposed technical measures to avoid the use of HDPE to prevent. Presents a method that allows the measurement of radon diffusion through polyethylene films.
