Building structures, due to the large variety, can be implemented by various methods. The organization of
works is not unambiguous either. There are many methods of organizing works and the adaptation of the
chosen methodology can be complicated. The decision about using specific organizational standards usually
depends on many factors. To plan the works optimally and make the right decision, you can use mathematical
support methods. The article presents the possibilities of using multicriteria analysis methods to select the
method of organizing construction works. Exemplary investments were analysed considering their implementation
variants.
