Legal regulations and practical aspects of occupational health and safety at the construction site

The article discusses legal regulations concerning occupational health and safety at the construction site in the
context of the whole life cycle of a building, which are of fundamental importance in maintaining the required
level of safety and health protection for construction workers. The correct application and interpretation of
health and safety issues in the preparation, construction and operation of a building has an impact on the
safe course of the construction process. Maintaining the required level of work safety at the construction site
forces the necessity to understand and apply the law to identify and analyze factors affecting this level in individual
phases and activities of the stages of preparation, construction and operation of the construction site.
