SHAPING OF SPATIAL ORDER THROUGH ACTS ON SPATIAL PLANNING ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE SEROCK MUNICIPALITY

Abstract: The article presents the Acts on spatial planning considered to be the main tool of introducing spatial order into the local land-use development. In the next step, the Se-rock Municipality was presented, which is the positive example of the municipality where almost whole area is covered by current spatial management plans. The research problem is whether the implementation of these plans provides the spatial development of municipalities with the principles of spatial order.
